After School
McDonogh offers two distinct programs for students who need or want to spend a bit more time on campus after the formal school day ends.
AfterCare, a childcare program for children in kindergarten through fourth grade, provides a warm and welcoming environment for after-school friendship and fun. Children are closely supervised by Lower School teachers for approximately two hours after school.
Our After-School Programs, designed for children in kindergarten through eighth grade, offer a wide variety of activities such as Chess, Rock-Climbing, Drumming, Ukulele, Fencing, Top Chef, and Coding With Games. Typically, classes are held once each week during an eight-week session in the fall and spring.
